Certificates
We can prepare all required certificates to accompany your design application. From energy and building performance certificates (BASIX/NatHERS), biodiversity (BOSET), Aboriginal Heritage (AHIMS), and bushfire assessments (BAL rating).
Engineering, Surveyors, and landscape architects can also be arranged where required.
COUNCIL
Applications
We can prepare and lodge your Development Application with the council, taking care of all required paperwork and liaising with the council on your behalf to take the stress out of the building application.
Once we have the required approvals, we can refer you to our trusted local tradespeople and licensed builders.
